Camp Marketing Tip #1: Reconnect with Families Who Already Know You

Your best bookings often come from people who’ve joined before. They already trust you and know how great your camps are. So why not invite them back?

Here’s how:

  1. Go to scheduled activities.

  2. Click the activity 3 dots

  3. Click 'invite customers'

  4. Click 'from previous activities' and select which activities

  5. Review the contact list

  6. Send and email invite plus up to 3 reminder emails automatically

Try something like this:

“We loved having you last summer. Book now before spaces go live to everyone else!”

You can use your three emails across key moments:

  1. When early bird bookings open

  2. Halfway through the campaign

  3. A final call just before public launch

Note: This will only send to families who have opted in to receive your marketing.
