If you are unsure what a payment is for, please check your email address in the first instance before contacting the Activity Provider first for any queries.
A payment has appeared on my bank account from Pebble — what is it?
Pebble is the booking and payment platform used by children’s activity providers and nurseries.
We handle bookings and payments on their behalf, so if you see a charge from Pebble, it’s likely related to an activity your child attends — for example:
- Before or after school clubs 
- Holiday camps 
- Sports, drama, play, yoga or arts sessions 
- Wraparound care or nursery sessions 
If you weren’t expecting the payment, it usually means a booking was made recently with an activity provider who use Pebble.
I can’t think what this payment could be for
If your child hasn’t attended any activities that use Pebble to process payments, it’s worth checking with anyone else who shares parental responsibility — they may have made or renewed a booking.
💡 Note: Payments processed through Pebble may appear simply as “Pebble” on your bank statement rather than the provider’s name.

I think the payment is wrong, I have been overcharged or wish to cancel a subscription payment
Your child(ren)s activity provider manages all bookings, payments, and refunds directly.
Please contact them first if you believe a payment amount is incorrect or if you’d like to query a charge — they’ll be able to review the booking and make any necessary adjustments or refunds. This is because each provider has their own policies on cancellations and refunds.
