1. Understanding the Performance Graph

The graph provides a daily "snapshot" of your subscriber base. Each point on the line represents the state of your business at 11:59 PM on that specific day.

  • Active (Blue): These are your current, revenue-generating subscribers. This category includes:

    • Customers who have completed a trial and are now on a full subscription.

    • Customers who signed up for a subscription immediately without a trial.

    • Customers who have cancelled their subscription but still have time left on their plan (their final session has not yet passed).

  • On Trial (Pink): These are customers currently in their trial period. Once their trial end date passes, they will move into the "Active" category (if they stay) or the "Trials Cancelled" category.

  • Paused (Green): These are subscribers who have temporarily put their membership on hold.

2. Understanding the Performance Table

While the graph shows daily snapshots, the table summarizes activity for your entire selected date range.

Trials Converted

This counts the "success stories." It represents customers who:

  • Started with a trial period.

  • Successfully reached the end of their trial within your selected date range.

  • Did not cancel, effectively transitioning into a paying subscriber.

Trials Cancelled

This tracks customers who decided not to continue after their trial. It represents customers who:

  • Were on a trial plan.

  • Cancelled their subscription before or on the day their trial was scheduled to end.

  • The cancellation happened within your selected date range.

Cancelled Subscriptions

This tracks the loss of established members (rather than trialists). It represents customers who:

  • Cancelled their subscription during your selected date range.

  • Were not on a trial (either they never had one, or their trial had already ended long ago).

Note on Data Accuracy: Because the graph represents snapshots at the very end of the day, a customer who signs up and cancels within the same 24-hour window may appear in the table metrics but not show a "peak" in the graph lines.
