How can I find my customer's email addresses on Pebble?

Discover how you can get the email addresses for your class attendees from Pebble!

To email attendees for a specific class, use the filters to select an activity, and then click on "Email attendees" to view the email addresses of customers who have purchased tickets for that class.

When selecting "Email Attendees" you will be able to select your audience:

  • All: A list of all the customers currently shown in the booking table. This is suitable for transactional emails as both marketing opted-in and out customers are populated in this list. Use these emails to notify customers of times/venue changes, or any other relevant information about the activity.

  • Marketing Opt-In Only: A list of all the customers currently shown in the booking table who have opted into your marketing communications. This list can be used for marketing communications to your attendees - find out how to collect the opt-in here.

It's important to note that by choosing to copy Marketing Opt-In contacts you understand that Pebble only indicates the initial customer opt-in preference at the point of booking.

โ€‹It is your responsibility to ensure:

  • Customers who have previously opted out of your emails are not emailed

  • Customers can unsubscribe from your emails

  • You maintain an unsubscribe list that you do not send marketing emails to

  • You otherwise Ensure your own company compliance with your own privacy policy and any applicable laws (eg GDPR)
