How do I email my class attendees?

Activity Providers can now view and copy all session attendees' emails with just a few clicks.

The option to email attendees will only be visible once a class has been booked by at least one customer. Please note that this function cannot be used to contact customers for any marketing purposes unless consent has been received beforehand.

How can you access the emails?


Once a class has been booked you can use the "Email Attendees" option visible on the bookings tab:

You can filter which guardians you want to email by using the blue filters at the top of the page.

Once you select 'Email attendees' the below popup will appear. This will allow you to select those who have opted into your marketing (if necessary), copy the emails, or open in your email client.

All the emails will be added to the BCC line to preserve the privacy of your attendees.
