Why should I add consent documents?

You can add up to three mandatory documents you want your customers to read and accept before completing their booking. Optional documents we'd suggest sending separately.

How do I link to my consent documents?

If you already have them on your website, just put them in the link and name them appropriately.

If they aren't available on your website, you can put them on a Cloud based file storage system such as Google Drive or DropBox. You'll need to ensure the are view only and can't be edited, so click on the provider you wish to use to find out how to set this up. If you're still not sure, reach out to our Customer Support team.

Once you've collected your view only link, copy and paste the link to your document and give it a name. We'd recommend to keep it concise as the names will appear together. These links will be shown to the customer on the checkout screen like below:

Click save to save your consent documents.

Do I need to collect photo and marketing consent here? What about SEN/Medical information?
