Creating a recurring zoom link to share with guardians who have booked into an online class is super simple to do. Follow the steps below to get started:
If you haven't already, download and register for Zoom
Click âschedule meetingâ
Add a meeting title
Click ârecurring meetingâ
Select the âWaiting room optionâ
This then creates a meeting invitation that looks like the below:
You can then copy the URL from the invite and the password will automatically be added (We recommend you only share the link and password once the guardian has purchased a slot and you have collected all necessary information).
