Creating a recurring zoom link to share with guardians who have booked into an online class is super simple to do. Follow the steps below to get started:

  1. If you haven't already, download and register for Zoom

  2. Click ‘schedule meeting’

  3. Add a meeting title

  4. Click ‘recurring meeting’

  5. Select the ‘Waiting room option’

This then creates a meeting invitation that looks like the below:

You can then copy the URL from the invite and the password will automatically be added (We recommend you only share the link and password once the guardian has purchased a slot and you have collected all necessary information).
