How Do I Save Filters for Future Searches?

BookYourData saves your search filter criteria under a name, so you select the same search again instead of rebuilding it field by field.

Written by Mark Giz

BookYourData saves a search's filter criteria under a name, turning a one-time search into a reusable filter you select again instead of rebuilding it from scratch.

Save a filter from the search interface after building your criteria. Loading it back later skips re-entering every field.

How to Save a Filter

Save a filter in BookYourData by selecting your search criteria first, then choosing Save Filter and naming the search.

  1. Select your search criteria, then locate the Save Filter option within the search interface.

  2. Click Save Filter. BookYourData prompts for a name, so enter one that identifies the search for easy reuse.

This article covers saving a filter. For the load side of the workflow, see How Do I Save and Load Filters? To find a filter saved earlier, see How to Access Previously Saved Filters.
