If you make a payment with a currency other than what you selected for your wallet transfer, the payment will not succeed. The wallet shown for the payment is designated to receive a specific currency on a specific network only.
Example: The customer initiates a wallet transfer payment selecting USDC on Polygon, then sends USDT on Polygon. The customer paid the full amount, but the payment does not show as successful. In this example, the customer sent USDT while they should have sent USDC.
In most cases, sending the wrong currency results in total loss of funds, but in some cases we will be able to recover it. If we are able to recover the funds, we can make a refund or in some cases process the payment manually. For this we charge a non-negotiable recovery fee of 1% (with a minimum of $15) per recovery.
