BoomFi cannot offer refunds for completed successful payments. For this, you need to contact the merchant you made the purchase from.
However, in the case of a payment issue such as an incomplete payment, sending the wrong currency, or using the wrong network, you might be eligible for a refund.
Check the troubleshooting page for your specific issue and contact support to find out if you are eligible. If you are eligible, BoomFi support will ask you for your refund wallet address and will process the refund for you.
Refunds are processed every Friday.
