As a default configuration of BoomScreen, Boom will automatically notify applicants that you and your team have made a decision on an application. However, this is something that can be turned off on each application that is being reviewed.

If you reject an applicant, Boom will send them an adverse action letter. Additionally, as an FCRA-regulated consumer reporting agency (CRA), Boom fully supports applicants in consumer report disputes. Boom takes on liability management when it comes to any FCRA-related requirements. Applicants come directly to Boom to request copies of their reports, to dispute their reports, and to request data updates.
