Please click on "Screening settings" and select the template that you would like to add questions. Then, click on the correct role (applicant) and select "Configure" under the Basic information section.
Please select "Additional questions", click "Add additional question" and complete the relevant fields. If you would like to make it required, make sure to select the checkbox below the question.
