How do I move an application to a different property/unit or community/site?

If an applicant applies to a unit/site that is no longer available, you can very easily change the property/community and unit/site associated with the application based on availability.

The only requirement to changing the unit/site is that the application cannot already be decisioned. The application must be in a pending decision, submitted, in progress or invited status.

For the relevant applicant, please click on the ellipses on the right hand side of the application. Then click "Move to another unit"

Please select the property/community and unit/site that you would like to move the application to and click "Confirm".

Upon clicking confirm, the application will update the new property/community name, unit/site name and rent amount.
