Changing the rent amount for a property depends on whether you have an integrated partner platform account or an unintegrated partner platform account.
Property Management System (PMS) Integrated:
In order to change the rent amount for a vacancy/listing, you would need to update the rent amount in your property management system (ex) Appfolio, Rent Manager, Yardi, etc) and click the "resync" button in the partner platform account. Our integrations automatically resync at midnight every day and some other integrations automatically resync every hour.
It may take a short amount of time for the rent amount change to be reflected in the Boom partner platform due to the integration.
Property Management System (PMS) Unintegrated:
In order to change the rent amount for a vacancy/listing, this can be done directly in the Boom partner platform. Click on "Units" and use the search bar to find the property that you would like to update the rent amount. Once you open the unit, please click on Unit Settings in the top right hand corner. From there, please update the rent amount and click save.
