How do I dispute the decision on my application?

If you would like to dispute the decision on your application, please visit the Boom Consumer Relations page.

Please click on "Get help with application reports" and completed the dispute request form. Boom’s Consumer Relations team can provide you with a copy of any rental application report that we supplied to your housing provider for a rental unit you applied to within the past 60 days—at no cost. This report, known as your consumer file, includes all relevant information Boom currently has on record for you from data vendors.

If the investigation results in any changes or removals to your credit report or records, Boom will take action. In the form below, you may also request that we notify the property management company to edit their records and take any action necessary on the application. Boom will also notify the data vendors to make respective changes to the information on file.
