How Do I Log Back Into My BoomScreen Application?

This article is for applicants who need to return to a BoomScreen rental application they have already started or submitted.

Two Ways to Access Your Application

There are two ways to log back into your BoomScreen application:

  • Via the BoomScreen sign-in page β€” log in directly using your phone number or email address.

  • Via email link β€” use the direct link sent to you by Boom when your application was created or when the property management company invited you to apply.


Option 1: Log In Through the BoomScreen Sign-In Page

To log back into your application through the BoomScreen website, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the BoomScreen sign-in page: https://screen.boompay.app/auth/sign-in

  2. Enter the phone number or email address you used when you started your application.

  3. A 6-digit one-time passcode (OTP) will be sent to you. Enter the code to verify your identity and log in.

  4. Once logged in, click "Continue Applying" to return to your application.


Option 2: Use Your BoomScreen Email Link

Boom sends you emails containing a direct link to your application throughout the BoomScreen application process.

To access your application using your email link:

  1. Open the email inbox associated with your BoomScreen account.

  2. Search for an email from Boom (hello@boompay.app) with the subject related to your rental application or invitation.

  3. Click the direct link inside the email.

  4. You may need to login using steps 2 and 3 in Option 1, above.

Tip: If you can't find the email, check your spam or junk folder. The email will have been sent to the address you used to start your application from hello@boompay.app.


Trouble Logging In?

If you are having difficulty accessing your application, here are some things to check:

  • Make sure you are entering the same phone number or email address you used when you originally started or were invited to your application. Using a different email or phone number will create a new account.

  • Check that you entered the 6-digit OTP code correctly and that it has not expired. OTP codes are time-sensitive β€” if yours has expired, restart the sign-in process to receive a new one.

  • Check your spam or junk folder for the OTP email or your original invitation email.
