Please reach out to Boom via the chat in the bottom right hand corner of the app or reach out to hello@boompay.app. If you would prefer, feel free to reach out to the property management company and they can escalate to Boom as well.

Boom will review the failed identity verification and determine whether it meets the company's requirements to approve it. Otherwise, Boom may ask you to resubmit an identity verification.

Please make sure the document ID uploaded is well-lit, not blurry, doesn't have glare/shadows, entire ID is visible, and a solid color background. This will increase the chances that your document ID is approved.
