Once you have submitted your rental application, you cannot change or edit any of the information you entered. However, you can still upload additional supporting documents after submission.
How to Upload Additional Documents After Submitting
If you need to add documents to your submitted rental application, follow these steps:
Enter the phone number or email address you used to start your application. Submit the 6 digit OTP code to log back into your BoomScreen account.
Navigate to your submitted application.
Select "Upload Documents" and attach the files you want to add.
