Merging Profiles

See how to merge existing profiles.

From time to time it may be necessary to merge profiles together. You might have two versions of a client record in the CRM and both have valuable data. This guide will walk you through how to combine those into one master account.

  1. From your reporting page go ahead and type in the name of the profiles you want to merge. This should bring back results.

  2. If the result brings back more than two records deselect profiles until only the two you want to merge are selected.

  3. Once your two profiles are selected, click the merge button.

  4. Once the merge modal pops up you can decide which account should be the Master (the profile you want to merge data into) and which account should be the duplicate (the account you are moving data out of)

  5. For the account that you have designated as the duplicate, scroll through all the data points and select which bits of information you want to move to the master account.

  6. Once you are satisfied with your selections, scroll down and click the merge button.

  7. Once the merge has been successful you can go ahead and click "Delete duplicate" to remove the duplicate profile form the CRM.
