Adding A New Carrier

Learn how to contract and become appointed/ready to sell with a new carrier.

Adding a new carrier can be tricky but don't worry we will lay it out step by step for you.

Follow these steps:

  • Starting from the home screen, click the "Carriers" button.

  • Next, you must click your resident state and then "Senior Market."

  • You must select which carrier you want to add from this section.

  • Next, scroll down and click on the "Appointment Information" tab. This will bring up all kinds of appointment information, but you are looking for the "Appointment Instructions" section.

NOTE: Appointment instructions may look different for each carrier (Devoted is one of them). However, each carrier will have specific details that need to be followed to become appointed.

For most carriers, you must use GoldenOutlook's "HAAS" system. This is where you will upload your information and request a carrier contract.

After you have submitted your carrier appointment request in HAAS, you will receive a carrier-specific link via email to your assigned corporate email address. Please make sure to check your SPAM folder if your link is not received within 14 business days.
