Accessing GoldenOutlook's Excelsior can be challenging sometimes, but rest assured, if you follow these steps, you can access their system!
Follow these steps:
From BOOST click on the "Licensing" button on the left.
Click "Manage Appointments".
From here, you will be brought to a screen where you can watch a tutorial and see your A-Code (Agent Code). This is GoldenOutlooks' "username" for you.
After watching the tutorial, click "Access Excelsior," which will bring you to a login screen. Simply enter your Acode and password and log in.
If this is your first time accessing the system, you must reset your password by calling the number on the Carrier Appointments page.
You will likely need to "verify" your device by receiving a text or email. Choose text, as email does not seem to work. (If the number displayed is unfamiliar, please call the support number on the Manage Appointments page.
NOTE: Passwords must be reset every 90 days, so you may need to reset your password after logging in.
