DLAR Definitions

What your DLAR columns mean and how they're calculated.

Here's a rundown of the DLAR metrics you'll see on the Elevate GO MTD DLAR. Note that definitions can either apply to individual doors, or groups of doors depending on the DLAR view you are using.

0 Selling Days

This refers to the number of days in the month the selected door(s) has had zero Gross Adds.

Gross Adds

Raw gross activations that belong to the Indirect Channel. (Excludes reactivations and devices sourced in National Retail that are activated in the store.)

Pay Now Acts

Number of gross adds that are prepaid.

Pay Later Acts

Number of gross adds with device financing.

Auxiliary Device Acts

Number of gross adds that are watches and tablets.

Sales Target

The door's monthly goal, with a minimum of 3 GAs for AR doors and 25 GAs for BR doors.

Projected % to Sales Target

Tracks percentage to Sales Target using the following equation:

Projection

Number of activations you are predicted to hit if your month continues along its current trajectory. Projection is calculated using the formula below:

MOM % Change

Calculated percent change between this month's projected gross adds compared to last month's gross adds using the calculation:

YOY % Change

Calculated percent change between this year's projected gross adds compared to last year's gross adds using the calculation:

Projected PSA

Calculates average projection across number of stores.

Total Upgrades

Count of upgrades. This includes subsidized and non-subsidized devices.

RPLs

Count of payments made in store. Does not include ATU payments. Note that this metric is 2 days behind.

ShopperTrak Conversion

Percentage comparing the weekly traffic (counted by ShopperTrak) to gross adds.

Conversion Rate

Percentage comparing replenishments to replenishments that result in gross adds with the calculation:

Family Plan %

Calculates the percentage of Family Plan activations with the calculation:

AAL Conversion

The percentage of add a lines compared to bill payments

Boost Protect %

Handset protection take rate.

ATU

Percentage of Gross Adds with ATU added on the same day as activation. Includes secondary lines added to a primary line with ATU.

BYOD Adds %

Percentage of Gross Adds that are BYOD.

Avg. Platinum Points

Calculation, determined by Boost, of Platinum Points.

Boost Protect Acts

Count of Boost Protect added on the same day as activation (or within 30 days for RPD). Does not include BYOD Boost Protect adds.

Boost Protect Upgrades

Count of Boost Protect added on the same day as upgrade. (or within 30 days for RPD)

Total Boost Protect

Count of Boost Protect added on the same day as activation or upgrade (or within 30 days for RPD). Does not include BYOD Boost Protect adds.

Avg. First MRC

Calculates average first MRC using Total Revenue (estimated revenue from VAS and plans) and Gross Adds.

Port %

Calculates percentage of Gross Adds that are port-ins.

Accessory Attach Rate

Compares total count of approved brand accessory sales done in the store as compared to Gross Adds and Upgrades.

BYOD Total Adds

Count of Gross Adds on BYOD devices.
