A. Videos are not loading
Solution:
If you are seeing this error, there is a high chance Vimeo is currently facing an outage. You can verify this by clicking here. At the bottom of this page, it will mention all the times Vimeo has faced an outage.
B. Privacy Setting Blocking Video
Solution:
If you encounter this error, it's likely that certain a software or adblock extension is preventing you from accessing the video content.
For example, Bitdefender is a popular program known to block videos and display this error message. Simply click the Bitdefender extension on your browser, and request it to pause specifically on the Booster Prep website.
C. Videos Lagging
Solution:
Please note, since all of the videos are embedded from Vimeo, your playback experience is largely dependent on how your ISP is connecting to Vimeo's playback servers. Keep in mind that your overall Internet speed can vary depending on your WiFi performance and the strength of the signal provided by your ISP.
If Vimeo is not facing an outage (can verify this by clicking here), we recommend try using a different browser such as Google Chrome or Safari. If the issue persists, make sure the browser you are using is up-to-date.
If you are still facing a lagging issue, please make sure you are able to load other Vimeo videos to see if your internet connection is the issue. If other videos are not loading properly on Vimeo, this means the issue is most likely your internet connection.
