If you're encountering issues viewing images on the live practice tests, particularly after we've made updates, you're not alone. Below is a step-by-step guide to help you troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

Please note: When questions from old practice tests are updated, the original images and content are overwritten. As a result, if you attempt to view an updated question on the "Past test results" page, it will no longer be displayed.

1. Clear Your Browser Cache

Often, your browser retains old website data, which can prevent updated content from showing up. To see the new images, you may need to clear your browser cache:

For Google Chrome:

  • Click on the three vertical dots at the top right corner.

  • Hover over "More tools" and select "Clear browsing data."

  • Make sure "Cached images and files" is selected.

  • Click "Clear data."

For Mozilla Firefox:

  • Click on the three horizontal lines at the top right corner.

  • Select "Options."

  • Go to "Privacy & Security."

  • Under "Cookies and Site Data," click "Clear Data."

  • Ensure "Cached Web Content" is selected and click "Clear."

For Safari:

  • Click on "Safari" in the top left corner.

  • Select "Preferences."

  • Go to the "Advanced" tab.

  • Check the "Show Develop menu in menu bar" box.

  • From the new "Develop" menu in the menu bar, select "Empty Caches."

For Microsoft Edge:

  • Click on the three horizontal dots at the top right corner.

  • Select "Settings."

  • Under "Clear browsing data," click "Choose what to clear."

  • Ensure "Cached data and files" is checked.

  • Click "Clear."

2. Refresh the Web Page

After clearing the cache, navigate back to the practice tests and refresh the page to see if the images now display correctly.

3. Check for Specific Content

If you're trying to access older cube counting questions from archived practice tests and notice broken images, it's due to updates. Refer to step 1 to clear your cache.

4. Contact Support

If clearing your cache doesn't resolve the issue, there might be a problem on our end. Use our chat support feature to reach out, and our team will be happy to assist.

We hope this guide helps you have a smooth and uninterrupted experience with our practice tests. If you face any further issues, always feel free to connect with our support team.
