Learn how to trouble shoot the PAT generators

This article outlines the steps you can take to fix the PAT generators if they appear blank or frozen on your browser, resembling the following image:

Troubleshooting strategies:

  1. Make sure you are using Google Chrome (some of the PAT generators only work on Google Chrome)

  2. Update to the latest version of Google Chrome

  3. Refresh your browser

  4. Clear your browser cache (see below)

Clearing browser cache/cookies:

  1. Select the three-dots icon in the top right of Google Chrome (near the address bar)

  2. Select "Delete browsing data"

  3. Set Time range to "All time" and keep all boxes checked

  4. Select "Delete data"
