If you use QuickBooks for invoicing, LSC Administrators can configure Boostlingo's invoice numbers to match your QuickBooks numbering sequence.
Configure invoice numbers
Navigate to Configuration>Billing>Invoices. You'll see the invoice numbers that are next in the sequence for Boostlingo invoice numbers.
Select "Add/Edit Invoice Numbers."
Select the "Invoice Number" sequence you want to sync: "Interpreters," "Clients (Global)," or "Clients (per-account)."
Enter the starting number for the sequence and the minimum number of digits that will make up the invoice number.
Optionally, set a "Prefix" and "Postfix" (0 to 5 alphanumeric characters each) to further code invoices. For example, the postfix for interpreter invoices might be "I," and the postfix for client accounts might be "A."
Enter these settings to create the sequence.
Tip: You can sequence invoice numbers globally for all client accounts, or set specific rules for individual accounts using the steps above.
