If you're unsure whether your item is considered oversized for storage with Bounce, refer to this quick guide for clarification.

What is considered oversized?

Any item weighing more than 25 pounds or measuring larger than 2 feet x 2 feet x 2 feet is classified as oversized.

Please note that for oversized packages, an additional fee will apply per package based on its size and weight, in addition to your regular package receiving plan.

Oversized packages do not qualify for a standard pickup window. Instead, a daily storage fee will be charged, which varies depending on the package.
