Default for Approval of Practices, Default for overriding availability set in Facility Management

Practices are now treated as a facility reservation even if entered through the program page by Coaches.

There are 2 defaults AD's can set for Practices. Both can be found under the Venue Icon (facility management area) under settings.

1) Auto Accept Practices. If checked, practices are automatically approved if entered through Program Page or through Facility Management.

2) Allow Practices Outside Venue Availability. If checked, practices can be scheduled outside the Availability setup in Facility Management under Venues. This was added so those that do not use the Facility Management module can still create practices through the Program page.
