Syncing Forward Program Levels

Provides step by step instructions on how School Admins can sync forward their program levels

Open your Bound School Admin page

Click on "Program" under the sport you want to make sure is sync'd forward.

Click on "**Program**" under the sport you want to make sure is sync'd forward.

Click on "Settings" in the gray navigational bar.

Click on "**Settings**" in the gray navigational bar.

Click on "Report" in the horizontal task bar.

Click on "**Report**" in the horizontal task bar.

Click on "Sync All Future Years"

NOTE: Current year is highlighted. It may say "ADD" for future years or have a different team name if you changed on what you were calling the levels previously. When you click on the "Sync All Future Years" it updates to reflect what was listed for this year.

You can also just click on the ADD button individually for the next year if you want to manage it year by year and not sync forward all years.

Repeat for each sport by clicking back on "Programs" in the far left sidebar to get to the global list of all programs at your school. Then move on to the next program to update.
