Follow this process to add your reader to your schools Admin Site and begin using the Bound Gate and Payment App.
On your school's Bound Admin site, click on the business icon "$" in the primary taskbar.
Click on the word "Stripe" under the business area in the secondary taskbar.
Click on the "lightning bolt" icon in front of the Stripe account named Bound Stripe Account (Connected) to enter the reader manement area:
First time "pairing" a new reader to your school:
Make sure your reader is turned on, with a good charge and then follow the instructions on the display until the reader shows a three word pairing/registration code separated by hyphens. IE: one - two - three
NOTE: If you need to "re-pair" a reader instructions can be found below in the Re-Pairing a Reader" section.
Once on the Stripe Reader page of your Bound Admin site click on the "Manage Terminal Button" in the top right corner and then select "Add Reader" in the drop down.
Fill in the Reader Information and Hit Save
>Type in a unique name for your reader.
Include your school name, state and a number or other identifier for the reader. (Example: Allison IA S700-1).
>Select the location that ends in the words "Gate App". If you do not see that location please contact Bound Support by using the Green Chat Button.
Important: Do not delete the Gate App location your Onboarding Team has added to your site. You will use the Gate App location anytime you are "pairing" or "re-pairing" a reader.
>Enter the three word pairing/registration code that is displayed on the reader and hit save.
After this step is completed, the Bound Gate and Payments app should automatically load on your S700. If there is an update available it should complete at that time.

Re-pairing a S700 POS Reader to your Bound Admin Site
If your reader goes to the Bound Screen and is not loading the Gate and Payment App, you will need to re-add or "re-pair" your reader to your Bound Admin Site. Follow these steps to get to the settings management area.
Click on the Blue Setting Bar
If you do not see the Blue Settings Bar on your S700 screen, then swipe across the screen from the left side of the device.Enter the PIN 0-7-1-3-9.
Select "generate pairing code".
If your reader has loaded the Gate App for your school and is displaying the event list but you need to "re-pair" your reader or check your Network Settings, follow these steps to get to the settings management area.
In the top right corner of your reader click the "gear icon".
Enter the code 0-7-1-3-9
Click on "generate pairing code" as show in the step 1 above.
