Go to the Program page (jersey Icon) on your school's Bound admin site.
Click on Reports
Click on "Download Participation Report" in the top right hand corner. This will create a downloaded report in spreadsheet format that you can manipulate to pull the participation numbers as you need them.
Note: Bound's Participation Report will download each instance of a student's participation by Program and the Level they were rostered to. From this data you can manipulate it as needed to find the data points you seek to fill out reports for managing organizations.
