Navigate to the "Roster Page" for the Program Level of the team you want to add or move participants to. For Example, I want to add participants to the JV Roster from the Varsity Program, therefore I navigate to the JV roster page.
Click on "Manage Roster" in the top right hand corner and then Click on "Manage Athletes" in the drop down.
Click on "Other Team" in the horizontal taskbar.
Choose the team from the drop down menu that you want to copy or move participants from. In this example, I am copying athletes from the Varsity roster to the JV roster. Click on "2025-26 Varsity".
Click the toggle "On" in front of the athletes name that you want to copy to the JV roster. Make sure to Click on "Save Athletes" at the bottom of the page.
To remove an athlete from a roster, click the toggle "Off" in the remove column located on the right side of the page. Make sure you hit "Save" at the bottom of the page.
