1. Begin by logging in, going to the Events page, and then clicking Workers on the left side.
2. On the Workers page, click the "Workers" tab at the top, then click "Invite Workers"
3. To send invites, enter a workers email address into the box, or if sending multiple you can enter/paste a comma separated list, and then make sure to click the "Add Workers" button (invites are only sent to emails that show in the "recipients" list below the "Add Workers" button).
Once recipients are added, edit the subject and message if you want, otherwise click send.

4. Each person on the recipient list will receive and email, and in that email clicking the "Signup" button that will officially add them to your worker list, and give them access to your schools signups in their worker account (they should only have to do this one time for a school).

5. Once they've clicked "Signup" in the email, they will show on your Workers page along with the amount of Events Worked, Shifts Worked, Hours Worked, and Hours Upcoming. Clicking on a workers name will provide more specifics about the events and shifts they have worked.
