Workers sign up for a shift by accessing their Workers Dashboard that is connected to their Bound account. Click on the link at the bottom of this thread to see how Workers can get connected and have access to a Worker Dashboard.
1. Once a Worker has gotten connected to their school they may sign up for opportunities from their Worker Dashboard.
The dashboard can be accessed by logging in to Bound and then clicking on their "profile icon" in the top right corner of their gobound.com public site. Next click on their "Name and Worker dashboard" in the drop down menu.
2. On your worker dashboard you, you'll see the logo from the school(s) that you've been invited to be a worker for. Click the green arrow in front of the school name to view signup opportunities.
3. After entering the schools worker site the user has the ability to manage and view their data in the gray navigation bar.
Profile: The user can access their profile to update their user information. This includes adding Emergency Contact information for themselves.
My Shifts: From this tab they can view the specific shifts they have signed up for and the details for that shift. Additionally, the worker will receive an auto reminder notification the day before each shift.
Sign up: From the Sign Up tab the worker can view the opportunities page which shows the schools schedule of events that have signup opportunities.
To view the specific signups for an event, click the green "Sign Up" button on the left.
The opportunities page will display event details and if Shifts are available or if Shifts are full.
4. From the Shifts Sign Up page the user will be able to view shifts, each shifts info, how many workers are needed, and how many have signed up already. To sign up for a shift, simply click the "Sign Up" button next to that shift. This will add the shift to your "My Shifts" page. This will also add your name to the worker list for that event and shift on the schools side.
