Step 1: Begin by navigating to the Transportation tab on your Events page as shown below.
Use the filter options or your filter sets to display the events you plan to work with. Click "Add Trip".
Step 2: Next, click the green plus button next to each competition that you want to be a part of this trip. Fill out the trip information and click save.
Note: You can create multiple trips for a single event if needed. Also, check the "Show to Public" box to display on your school's activity schedule.
Step 3: As shown below, the trip card now displays on your Transportation tab. You can click it to edit or add another trip as well.
You'll also notice, the transportation icon for the event on your Events page is now highlighted. You can manage the trip or add trips there too.
Step 4: You will also see the "Generate Report" button in the upper right hand corner of your Transportation page. Refer to the our article on How to Generate Event Reports
