Team Messaging
Bound Messenger allows for efficient team communication by enabling administrators, coaches, and team members to send messages to targeted groups. Users can send announcements, event updates, or reminders via email, text, or push notifications.
1. Navigate to the Programs page
2. Select an activity and level
3. Click Messenger
4. Click Compose in the top right corner
5. Select the recipients for your message
6. Enter the Subject and Body, add an action link, add a main image, and select if you'd like to receive replies at your email.
7. Add any attachments
When you're ready to send, click "Send Message". This will send the message to the selected recipients via email, text, and push notification (from the Bound app).
Program Messaging
1. Navigate to the Programs page
2. Select an activity and click Program
3. Click Messenger
4. Click Compose in the top right corner
5. Select the recipients for your message
