Custom messaging Groups can be created at the both the Program and Team level.

Team Level - Groups are managed at the Team Level but will show in the Recipients list when composing a message at the Team and Program level.

Program Level - Groups are managed at the Program level and only show in the Recipients list when composing a message at the Program level.

1. At the Program or Team level, click the Messenger tab

2. Click the Groups tab, and then click Add Group in the top right

3. Enter the Group's Name and Description (optional), then click "Create Group and Assign Followers"

4. Drag the followers from the left that you want into the Group on the right. This page auto-saves so you can just leave the page when you're done.

5. Once a Group is created and followers are assigned, you'll see that Group show in the Recipients list when composing a message
