To top up your balance, click the wallet button in the upper right corner of the site. Select the Ecorpay payment system in the left menu, enter the top-up amount and click proceed to payment.
2. After proceeding to payment, you will be redirected to the Ecorpay page, then you need to go through a simple authorization using your mobile phone number in the format:
+ 7 XXX XXX XX XX.
3. If there are not enough funds on your wallet to top up your account, click on the button pay -> top up, choose a convenient top-up method, enter the amount and click top up.
4. Copy the exact details specified on the payment page in the field below, paste the details into your bank or wallet application, enter the exact amount that is also indicated on the payment page. By this amount, we will identify that this is your payment and credit it automatically.
Attention! If you make the transfer with an inaccurate amount specified on the payment page, the funds will not be credited and will not be returned to your card.
After payment, wait for the funds in your Ecorpay personal account within a few minutes. In case of heavy load on the payment system, in rare cases, funds may be credited up to 1 hour maximum.
Contact our support service if the funds are not credited within the allocated time.
5. After your Ecorpay wallet balance has been topped up, you will be able to top up the casino balance. For this, repeat the procedure from step 1.
