Great photography is key to our site so you’ll need to provide high resolution images of at least 1900px x 1440pz. Provide a mix of interior and exterior shots capturing the vibe and amenities. Be sure to style the space first and add a personal touch. Our content team will review, edit, and approve the photos to help make your listing the best it can be.
What we’re looking to see
Images that allow guests to imagine themselves in your home. The views,
landscape, outdoor lifestyle spaces, as well as images that give a clear
understanding of the building exterior. Document rooms where guests will
want to spend their time—where they will relax and lounge, eat, cook and
sleep. If a room has a view, please provide this. Round these out with detail
images of small moments within the home; like a vase on a tabletop, a writing
desk and chair, or a shot that focuses on a collection of objects, art or
textiles.
Overview
What to shoot: The spaces guests will spend their time in, as well as the building and grounds.
Preparation: Have your home set and made up as you would for guests.
Timing: Shoot during golden hours—early morning or late afternoon.
Lights off: Shoot interiors using natural light (no overhead lights, lamps or camera flash).

Orientation: Provide vertical and horizontal versions of each room or location.
Feature people: Some options with people in shot (from a distance and or in action) are helpful.
Framing and alignment: Shoot stright on to the subject and keep lines (wall edges, floor line) straight, not skewed.
Number of images: As many as you can.
Social videos: Vertical format and slow, steady short clips of your home’s best features.
