How are damage deposits handled?

Many of our properties don’t require a security deposit because Boutique Back-Up, in partnership with Safely insurance, provides coverage for their homes. For those properties that do collect a damage deposit, these funds will be managed directly between you and the property owner. The preferred payment method and the timeframe for refunding the deposit, provided there is no damage to the property, will be clearly outlined in the property's rates section.
