How can I fund my BovaRefill Wallet?
You can fund your wallet in two ways:
1. Using your BovaRefill deposit account
• Go to Wallet from your BovaRefill dashboard.
• Select Deposit.
• Choose one of your available deposit accounts, such as Account 1.
• Select Request Account.
• Confirm that you are the account holder.
• A one-time verification code will be sent to the phone number linked to your BVN.
• Enter the verification code.
• Your personal account details, including your account name, account number, and bank, will be provided.
• Use these details to make a bank transfer and fund your BovaRefill Wallet.
2. Through Checkout
You can also fund your wallet through the available Checkout payment options. Depending on the options available to you, you may be able to pay using methods such as bank transfer or debit card.
Once your wallet has been funded, you can use your available balance to pay for the services you need on BovaRefill.

Yes. You can fund your wallet by requesting your personal deposit account details and making a bank transfer to the provided account.
Is there a maximum amount I can add to my Wallet?
The maximum amount you can add to your BovaRefill Wallet depends on your KYC verification tier. Your applicable wallet limit is determined by whether your account is Tier 1, Tier 2, or Tier 3.
How does Convert Funds work?
Convert Funds allows you to exchange funds between supported wallet currencies. Select the currency you want to convert from, choose the currency you want to receive, enter the amount, review the conversion details, and confirm the transaction.
