The "Settings" in the Bundle Builder app allow you to customize and control various aspects of your bundle creation process.
Here's a concise guide to help you navigate and make the most of these settings:
Go to the "Apps" section and Click on the "Create a bundle" button.
1. General Settings:
Tax and Shipping Fulfillment Updates: Tax is now calculated automatically based on Shopify Market or customer location as well as shipping and fulfillment is determined per product through Shopify's product admin. Read Shopify support docs here for taxes and here for assigning inventory to locations for fulfillment.
Bundle Title: Create a bundle name based on your product brand.
2. Publish and Redirect
Live: Check this box to make your bundle active. Uncheck to deactivate and keep it as a draft.
Redirect: Choose where to send the customer on bundle completion. The merchant has the option to go the bundle to the cart page or directly to the checkout page.
3. Pricing
Set a Fixed Price: Set an optional static price for the bundle.
Start Price: Set an optional starting price for the bundle, otherwise keep this at 0 or leave it blank.
Please note: When both the fixed price and start price are set, the fixed price will take priority for the bundle total.
4. Display settings
You can adjust various elements such as layout, color scheme, and display options to create a visually engaging and seamless shopping experience.
Enable Image Lightbox: Allow customers to click product images to enlarge them, and view product descriptions.
Show Prices in the Button: Uncheck to hide prices. Useful if you are creating a fixed-price bundle!
Show Formatted Descriptions: Enable HTML formatted descriptions that you've customized for each product. Note that some formatting may not be ideal on mobile devices.
Hide Sold Out Products: Check this box to hide sold-out products.
Show a Loading GIF When Adding to Cart: A small pop-up GIF will display when the customer waits a few seconds for the bundle to be added to the cart.
Add Button Text: Defaults to 'Add'. Separating colon is automatically added when 'Show Prices' is enabled. Note that long text may not be suitable for mobile.
Remember Selections: Remember your customer's selections in the event they leave the bundle.
Show Image Carousels: Enable image carousels when there are multiple images for a product.
Show Step Progress: Check this to show a progress bar and step numbers above each step.
5. Select Loading GIF:
These are pools of small animated popups that display when the customer waits a few seconds for the bundle to be added to the cart. You can choose a GIF based on your product branding.
6. SEO Settings:
This section allows you to optimize your bundle's visibility in search engine results. By customizing meta titles, descriptions, and keywords, you can improve the search ranking of your bundle, making it easier for potential customers to find your products online. Proper SEO settings help attract more traffic to your site, ultimately boosting sales and enhancing your online presence.
SEO Title: Rewrite the SEO title of your bundle here for better ranking and discovery on search engines.
SEO Keywords: Improve SEO for your bundle, keywords should be comma separated.
SEO Description: The SEO description is one of the most important elements of SEO. It is shown in search engine results and provides information to people who are looking for things related to your products. A good description encourages customers to click the link in search results to visit your store.
7. Customize URL Path:
This feature allows you to create a unique and memorable URL for your bundle. By tailoring the URL path, you can make it more relevant to your products and brand, enhancing both user experience and search engine optimization.
8. Edit Translations:
This feature is particularly useful for tailoring the bundle's content to different languages and regions, enhancing the overall customer experience and making your offerings accessible to a broader audience. Below are the fields that can be translated.
"Total" - Shown in the footer
"Next" - Inside the next button
"Back" - Inside the back button
"Complete" - Inside the complete button
Text inside the error when the minimum selections is not met. (Use the {number} placeholder)
Text inside the error when the maximum selections is met.(You can only select {number} product(s))
"View Box" - Text inside the button to load the contents on a mobile
"Hide Box" - Text inside the button to hide the contents on a mobile

9. Bundle Theme:

Full width with fixed bottom pricing bar: Shows product images and price without product description. The products appear in a row-type alignment.
Fixed right side total with vertical scroll: Product images and price with product description. Product alignment is in column type.
