What major bugs have been fixed in this update?

We worked hard to improve all of the features that weren't working well in the previous version of BundleBuilder. The app should now handle a lot more reliably and the entire experience should be easier and faster. However, please note that that customized code for BundleBuilder will no longer be supported in this new version.
