If I uninstall the app as I need to pause or take a break, does my data get saved this time in the new version?

We'll be following the same GDPR regulations that were in place for the previous version, meaning that on uninstall, customer data will be deleted after 48 hours. We understand that this legal limitation may be frustrating for some of our customers, but it allows us to serve merchants across the globe securely and with full respect to all privacy concerns.
