Vehicle dispatching at BRAINR is the last step of the logistics flow, focused on validating the load before it leaves the facility.
The dispatcher sends the vehicle to weighing.
If the weight is outside allowed limits, the vehicle is sent back to the dock to review/adjust the cargo, then weighed again.
Once the weight is validated, the vehicle is checked out (and may require filling Quality Control forms, depending on setup).
The process finishes by closing the vehicle register at the gatehouse, ensuring the dispatch is efficient and traceable.

You can choose to enter the weight manually or, if configured, get the data directly from the weighing equipment.
If the weight entered or obtained from the equipment is outside the permitted limits, the system will display an error.
Note: For loads that include packages or CrossDocking items, validation can be carried out manually by the dispatcher.
If the weight is outside the permitted limit, send the vehicle back to the dock to review the load. After making adjustments, repeat the shipping process for weighing.
Once the weight has been successfully validated, check the vehicle out of the system.
When the vehicle leaves the premises, complete the check-out process in the system.
If the organization has set it up, fill in the Quality Control Form.
After the load is closed, close the vehicle registration at the gate to finalize the dispatch process.
