Before you start
Occurrences must be pre-created in the Back-Office before assigning them to lines.
Downtime registration requires occurrences to be associated with the line.
View Production Lines
On the Homepage, go to the Equipment section and open the Production Lines module.
Find the production line you want to review in the list.
Click the three dots button next to that line and select Details.
The details page shows five tabs with all line information:
Overview – Shows general information like Code, Name, Section, Production Group, Number of People, Times, among others
Use the back arrow (top-left) to return to the list, or click Edit (top-right) to make changes.
Edit Production Lines
You can start editing in two ways:
From the list:
Click the three dots button next to a line and select Edit.
From details view:
Open Details → Click Edit button (top-right corner)
Once in edit mode, you can:
Update general information such as Code, Name, Section, Production Group, Number of People, Times, among others.
Deactivate the line using the toggle or button (top-right)
Add, edit, or remove items in the Products, Warehouses, Shifts, and Occurrences tabs
Add Products, Warehouses and Shifts
The process is the same for all three tabs, with one small difference for Products: only in the Products tab you can reorder items to define their production sequence or priority.
Follow these steps:
Go to the Products, Warehouses, or Shifts tab.
Click the Add button for that specific item (Add Product, Add Warehouse, or Add Shift).
A small window (modal) opens, fill in the required fields and click Save
To change an existing item, click the three dots next to it → Edit or Remove
Add Occurrences (Edit Mode Only)
Occurrences work differently, you can only manage them in edit mode:
Go to the Occurrences tab.
Click Add Occurrence.
Fill in these three required fields:
Code – Internal identifier.
Name – Descriptive name.
Occurrence – Select from dropdown.
Optionally add an External Code for system integration.
Click Save.
To modify existing occurrences, use the three dots next to each one → Edit or Remove.
At the bottom you must choose:
Save – Apply all your changes and return to the list.
Cancel – Discard all unsaved changes and go back.
