How to view, edit, and deactivate equipment from a center in BRAINR. This tutorial provides detailed instructions for managing equipment in BRAINR, including how to view, edit, and remove equipment associated with a center.

View Equipment

  1. On the Homepage, open the Equipment module in the Equipment section.

  2. In the list, find the equipment you want to review.

  3. Click the three dots (⋮) on that row and select Details to open the full record.

  4. In the details page, you can:

    • Use the back arrow (top‑left) to return to the list.

    • Click Edit (top‑right) to switch to edit mode.


Edit Equipment

You can enter edit mode in two ways:

  • From the list:

    • Click the three dots (⋮) next to the equipment and choose Edit.

  • From the details page:

    • Open Details, then click Edit in the top‑right corner.

In edit mode, update the necessary fields (for example: name, brand, model, center, section, work center, responsible, cost center, properties) and then choose:

  • Save to confirm the changes.

  • Cancel to discard the changes.


Remove Equipment

To permanently delete an equipment record:

  1. In the Equipment list, click the three dots (⋮) next to the equipment you want to remove.

  2. Select Remove from the menu.

  3. Confirm the deletion when prompted.
