Manage Employees

Manage employees in BRAINR by viewing details, editing information, and deactivating employees linked to a center.• Open an employee record to review details and update information when needed. • Deactivate employees safely to keep center assignments up to date.

Viewing Employees

  1. Onthe Homepage, navigate to the"Employees"module in the Employees section.

  2. To view a collaborator’s details, click the three dots on the desired row. In the menu, select Details to view more information.

  3. After viewing the details, you can enter edit mode if desired in the top-right corner, or return to the list in the top-left corner.

Edit and Deactivate Employees

  1. You can enter edit mode directly from the Collaborator page, or you can access edit mode via the details.

  2. If you wish to deactivate a collaborator, toggle the switch in the top corner of the collaborator’s general details.

  3. After making the desired edits, you can save or cancel the changes.
