Manually create containers (SSCCs) in BRAINR and link them to the right product and batch.• Create a container when automatic generation is not available or needs correction. • Associate the SSCC with a product, batch, and the required quantities.
Important Notes
Containers are usually generated automatically by BRAINR or by printers, based on system settings. Manually creating containers is a sensitive operation and should be performed with caution.
Pay attention to the predefined dates on the container list pages.
Onthe Homepage, navigate to the"Containers"module in the Materials section.
The module displays all containers with a default filter set for the previous and current day. Click "+ Containers" in the upper-right corner to begin creation.
On the creation page, fill in the following fields:
General Information:
SSCC: Enter the SSCC code.
Product: Select the associated product.
Batch: Associate the relevant batch.
Quantity in Alternative Unit (Alt. Unit Qty.): Enter the quantity and select its unit of measure (Alternative Unit).
Quantity in Weight Unit (Weight Unit Qty.): Enter the quantity.
Sanitary Mark: Enter the sanitary mark.
Tare:
Container Type: Define the container type.
Tare: Select the tare weight.
After entering the required information, click Save to confirm. To discard, click Cancel.
