🌐 Web Application
The detail pages for Transport Organizations and Planned Shipments have been improved, now showing more information about routes, handling units, loads, units, and partners, making the shipping process more complete and intuitive.
Several improvements have been implemented in the Shipping flow with the aim of reducing administrative work and minimizing operational errors.
With this update:
On the sales order and purchase return pages, users can now select multiple documents and create a new shipment in a single action;
Options to associate pending shipments with transport organizations have been added, including new informative fields and columns;
The shipments summary report now includes a new filter and column by Route (Transport Itinerary);
New buttons have been created to generate packing lists grouped by product, rather than by SSCC;
These improvements make the shipping process faster, more complete, and less prone to errors.
Manual and mobile Picking processes in Reception, Shipping, Production, and Warehouse have been improved, now showing stock information during material selection, making work faster and more reliable.
With this update, users can see stock availability before confirming each operation, helping prevent errors and increasing efficiency in daily tasks.
Several improvements have been implemented in the Inventory flow, with the aim of reducing administrative work and increasing operational efficiency.
With this update:
The alert field now shows two types of warnings: i) Expiry Date and ii) missing Batch groups;
A new tab with batch details has been created, where users can view and bulk edit the batch group;
The inventory status change modals now display more detail about the items;
The search filters have also been improved, allowing users to filter inventory by warehouse and location more simply and quickly.
These improvements make the inventory management process clearer, faster, and more reliable.
A new Material (Product) filter has been added to the receptions summary report, allowing users to find and analyze receptions faster and more accurately.
📱 Mobile
⚠️ A new functionality has been implemented for picking, where reversals can only be made after raw material movements exist; and it is no longer possible to use batches that have not been moved in the production order. This functionality ensures greater accuracy in picking and reversals.
New quality controls (QA) have been introduced in the Shipping process, allowing users to perform checks while loading the vehicle.
This improvement ensures greater accuracy and reliability in loading operations, reducing errors and improving control over the quality of shipped products.
The palletization flow has been improved, now providing stock information by product and by batch and supporting inline mode for Handling Unit and Quality Control (QA) tasks. With these improvements, users can complete the entire process in a faster and more informed way, reducing errors and increasing efficiency in warehouse operations.
The Warehouse application has been updated to use handling unit classification directly within tasks (inline), making the process simpler and faster.
With this improvement:
Warehouse inbound and outbound operations now include handling unit classification directly in the workflow;
Transfer picking has also been optimized to support this functionality.
The result is a more agile and efficient experience in warehouse operations.
